How we handle your information.

What this site collects

Nothing, until you choose to send it. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics of our own, and show no advertising. Our hosting provider adds its own performance-monitoring script to every page, described below.

Three forms can send us information:

• Contact — your name, email, phone, the role you describe yourself as, and your message.
• Referral — your details as the referring professional, and the information you choose to share about a prospective resident, which may include their initials, age, current setting, support needs, and funding.
• Careers — the details on your application, including contact information, availability, experience, and certifications.

Where it goes

Submissions are received by a script on our own hosting and emailed to our office mailbox. We do not use a third-party form service, so your submission is not stored by an outside processor. The connection to this site is encrypted, and mail between our host and our mailbox is encrypted in transit, but ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted. Please send only what is needed for us to respond. If you need to share clinical records or anything sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a suitable method.

What the site loads from elsewhere

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the two application pages load a PDF library from Cloudflare's cdnjs so you can save a copy of what you entered. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, also injects its own performance-monitoring script into every page from wsimg.com; this is added by the host and is not part of the site we publish. Requesting those files reveals your IP address and browser to those providers. None of them receives anything you type into a form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and referrals are retained for as long as needed to respond and to document a placement decision, and thereafter as required by Alaska record-keeping rules for assisted living homes. Applications from candidates we do not hire are retained for our normal recruitment period and then destroyed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless a record must be kept by law. Write to hello@renaissance-alf.com or call (907) 418-5918.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging or providing care. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
