The Renaissance was built on a simple conviction: that the people hardest to place deserve a real home, not just a bed.
We keep the home small on purpose. Two residents means care is unhurried and personal, and it means we can hold complexity that larger settings turn away. Mood, memory, and behavior are met with patience and clinical understanding, and the plan changes as the person does.
Dignity, privacy, choice, and community are not features we add on. They are how the home runs every day.
The Renaissance is led by two mental-health clinicians. Our Program Administrator is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Clinical judgment is present in the home, not on call from a distance.
That is what lets us say yes to placements that ordinary assisted living cannot safely accept.
Behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and high-acuity needs are what we are built for.
A stable team and two residents mean your loved one is truly known.
Decisions are shaped by clinical understanding, not just routine.
