For Families · Admissions & Payors

How someone comes to live here.

A calm, guided process, and a straight answer about fit. Because a placement that lasts serves everyone better than one that does not.

The Admissions Journey

Six steps, at your pace

I

Initial conversation

We talk with you about your loved one, their needs, and whether a two-resident home is the right setting.

II

Clinical and placement review

Our clinicians review the situation for fit and safety, honestly and quickly.

III

Assessment

We gather the records and assessment needed to plan care and confirm the right level of support.

IV

Funding and authorization

We help coordinate Medicaid ALI, acuity authorization, or private pay so nothing is lost to logistics.

V

Care planning

We build a person-centered plan around goals, preferences, and clinical needs.

VI

Move-in

Your loved one comes home, and we stay in close contact with you as they settle.

Funding & Payors

How care is paid for

We work with families to find the right combination, and we coordinate the authorizations so a good placement is not lost to paperwork.

Alaska Medicaid ALI Waiver

Residential Supported Living, including the acuity add-on for one-to-one and two-to-one care.

APDD Waiver

For eligible individuals with developmental disabilities. Ask us about coordinating services.

Private Pay

Welcomed, with clear terms, for families seeking a premium clinician-led home. Call for current rates.

VA Aid and Attendance

Ask us about this benefit for eligible veterans and surviving spouses.

High-Acuity Capable

Authorized for 1:1 and 2:1 care

When a resident needs dedicated, awake support, acuity is authorized as a distinct Medicaid service. We are staffed for it, and we prepare the documentation with your care coordinator, so a high-need loved one is not turned away for lack of a setting that can provide the care.
